Azam Khan has joined SAMAN Group as Deputy Managing Director & COO since March 1, 2025. Before joining SAMAN, he was serving with Mutual Trust Bank PLC since 2016, including the position of Head of Communications and Member of the Management Committee (ERMC), and the General Secretary of MTB Club.

SAMAN Group is doing business of Lubricants, Agro & Food, Work Terminal (Co-Working Space), e-commerce, properties, and communications.

Azam Khan started his professional career as an Assistant Publication Officer with the Voluntary Health Services Society (VHSS) in 1988. Later he joined Caritas Bangladesh as a Public Relations Officer in 1993. He also served with Standard Bank PLC as Public Relations Officer, Dutch Bangla Bank PLC as Head of PR Officer, Frist Security Islami Bank PLC as Head of Marketing & Development and Head of Public Relations.

Azam Khan completed his post graduation from the Department of International Relations of University of Dhaka in 1988.
