With 20 years of corporate work exposure at American Express Bank, concentrating in sales & marketing, recognition was a continuous success from American Express, 8 time recognized and rewarded High-Performer of the Year, consecutively Top Sales-Person of the year & 4 time Grand-Achiever in Global Platform. Post global closure of American Express Bank operations including Bangladesh in 2005, created an ideal opportunity for working in Private Commercial Banks. , served in Mercantile, Dhaka, Mutual Trust & Jamuna Bank till 2022.

Steered Mutual Trust Bank’s Core Banking Software Transformation Project and in addition subsequently steered GO-LIVE of Jamuna Bank’s CBS Transformation Project.
Above mentioned, 14 years of professional banking career in 2nd and 3rd generation private commercial banks, helped to work closely with Top Management & Board of Directors giving the exposure to learn and work in different situations and conditions, facilitating a unique exposure of multiple professional arenas.
